“Maceira – Ambassadors DAldeia” is a social entrepreneurship initiative, which aims to involve the entire community of the village of Maceira, combating the depopulation that is felt in these territories, through collaborative activities to promote heritage, culture and nature , aimed at the development of tourism in the village.
It is about integrating the tourist offer with the patrimonial reality of the village in particular and the region in general, through the offer of experiences based on the observation of the built historical heritage, in the interaction with the natural and cultural heritage and with the endogenous production, having as main actors the people of the village - the “Ambassadors of the Village”.
